Headed by Vice Secretary of E Er Duo Si party Committee and Mayor Du Zhi, E Er Duo Si City Delegation arrived in Ningbo on July 2. Member of standing committee of provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Ningbo party Committee and Chairman of Ningbo people’s Congress Ba Yin Chao Lu and Vice Secretary of Ningbo Party Committee and Mayor Mao Guanglie met the delegation at Xin Zhi Hotel. On behalf of Ningbo party Committee and Ningbo Municipal Government, Ba Yin Chao Lu expressed warm welcome to the delegation. He introduced present development situation of economy and society in Ningbo. He said E Er Duo Si was my first hometown. I grew up there. Currently, E Er Duo Si city had made great progress in implementing scientific development concept and developing economy and society. I was proud of my hometown. E Er Duo Si was a vital city in northern China. It had long history and abundant resources. Development potentiality was expected. Now, Ningbo was in key period of new round development. The cooperation with other regions was important. Therefore, it was hoped two cities could learn each other, cooperate together and achieve great successes.
