Ningbo held a ceremony for the 25th anniversary of establishment of fraindly cities of Ningbo and Chang Gang Jing of Japan at Ningbo Hao Sheng Hotel last evening. Vice Chairman of Standing Committee of Ningbo Party Committee Zhuo Xiang, Vice Chairman of Ningbo PPCC Chang Yiming attended the ceremony. On behalf of Ningbo People’s Congress, Ningbo Municipal Governemnt and Ningbo PPCC, Mr. Zhuo delivered the speech. First, he expressed warm welcome to Japanese friends who came for the ceremony. Then, he gave possitive assessments of achievmwnts of exchange and cooperation between two cities in the areas of educaiton, culture, exports and personnel training. The head of Japanese delegations said it was expected that the freindship and cooperation between two cities would be strenthened furture and both of sides work together for bright future. Then, reprsentitives of two cities read the sheets of gifts for each other.
