The principal of real estate market control policy in 2010 is to guide reasonable consumption and strengthen the supervision and control in Ningbo. On 2.3, Ningbo Municipal government issued the notice on the suggestions of Ningbo Municipal Government to real estate development in order to ensure people’s demand and promote smooth and healthy real estate market. It is noted that the down payment of the second house must not be below 40%. A house buyer, who buy the first house with the area of below 90 sq.m or between 90-140 sq.m can receive house subsidy.
