1.      Ningbo people have showed civilization bearing again. Till Aug 28, Ningbo City Administration has received 11076 applications for volunteers of city administration in 20 days. In order to mobilize masses to take part in city administration, Ningbo City Administration decided to introduce mode of city administration volunteer. On Aug 8, the administration announced the information about it. This activity aroused people’s great fervor. People were registered by kinds of ways. Retired people, students from universities, middle schools, primary schools, workers and stuff, migrant workers only have one desire--- to make own contributions to city administration.
