Ningbo will allocate at least 12 million Yuan per year for helping over 200 low income villages in Li Shui to be developed. Ningbo delegation, headed by Vice Secretary of Ningbo party Committee and Mayor Mao Guanglie, has made investigation in Li Shui and signed this agreement with Li Shui. Currently, Ningbo and Li Shui have strengthened cooperation. Till the end of this July, Both of cities have signed 90 cooperative projects. Contracted investment reached 1.15 billion Yuan. Ningbo will invest 850 million Yuan. So far, Ningbo has invested over 30 million Yuan in the areas of science and technology, public health, education, welfare, new countryside construction etc. Li Shui has transferred 5000 labors to Ningbo.
